Getting started

1. Create an account and order a panel

Sign up at my.followerhq.com/register. Under My panels → New panel pick a plan and enter the panel's domain and admin credentials. The first month is always the lowest plan; from then on the plan is set automatically by the previous month's order count.

The order creates an invoice. The moment you pay it, wallet, card (Stripe / PayTR) or crypto, the panel is provisioned and activated; until then it shows as "pending".

Have a coupon? Type it into Coupon code on the order form; the discount applies to the first-month invoice only. You can also apply a code later to an unpaid invoice.

2. Point your domain

A panel runs only on its own domain (www redirects to the apex automatically). Two ways:

Nameserver delegation (recommended). At your registrar, set the nameservers to:

ns1.followerhq.com
ns2.followerhq.com

You then manage DNS from the portal's DNS editor, and add-ons such as hosted e-mail write their own records.

A record. If the domain stays on Cloudflare, give the panel's Connect with Cloudflare button a zone-scoped API token; the apex and www A records are pointed at our server.

Until the change propagates (usually a few hours) the panel keeps serving from its temporary address; Check DNS in the portal shows the state. The TLS certificate is issued automatically.

3. First settings

Sign in at your panel's /admin. In order:

1. Settings → Providers: add your SMM provider's API URL and key, fetch the catalogue.
2. Services → Import: pick the provider's services and set your margin. "Auto fix" rewrites the provider's branding to yours.
3. Settings → Payments: add at least one payment method, see Payment methods.
4. Appearance: logo, colours, home page blocks and legal pages.
5. Settings → General: default language and the languages customers may switch to.

After these four steps the panel is ready to sell.
